Closing arguments set to begin in Hudson murder trial

YOUNGSTOWN — Closing arguments are expected shortly in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court in the Frankie Hudson Jr. murder case.

Hudson, 22, is charged with the Sept. 16, 2011, murder of Josh Davis, 17, on the front porch of Davis' Willis Avenue home.

The case is being heard by Visiting Judge Paul Mitrovich.

A co-defendant was convicted in April 2014 and sentenced to life in prison.
