Not guilty plea in criminal damaging and obstruction case

A township man accused of shooting a BB gun from his Indianola Road home at neighbors’ homes and vehicles pleaded not guilty to criminal damaging and obstructing official business charges.

Jeffrey Bachani, 22, appeared in Mahoning County Area Court here Tuesday. He is accused of damaging properties on Indianola, Euclid Boulevard and Tudor Lane.

The bond he previously posted was continued. He was ordered not to have contact with the alleged victims.

A date for another court appearance has yet to be set.
