South Side street closed from Thursday to June 26

YOUNGSTOWN — High Street from Edwards Street to Oak Hill Avenue will be closed to traffic beginning 7 a.m. Thursday through June 26, or until work is completed, to accommodate demolition and repair of the concrete wall along High Street.
