Dr. and Mrs. Donald Tamulonis Jr. of Boardman are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Courtney Rae Tamulonis of Avon Lake, Ohio, and Joshua Adam Colla of Boardman. His parents are Mr. and Mrs. James Colla Sr. of Boardman.
An open wedding is planned for 3 p.m. July 25 at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral in Oakland, Pa. Invitations will be issued for a 6 p.m. reception at the Omni William Penn Hotel in Pittsburgh.
The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Mount Union and an associate degree in funeral service arts and sciences from Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. She is a funeral director at Busch Funeral Home in Avon Lake.
Her fianc graduated from Youngstown State University with bachelors’ degrees in business administration and nursing. He is studying for his master’s degree in nursing-nurse practitioner from the University of Cincinnati graduate school. Mr. Colla is a registered nurse at Lakewood Hospital in Lakewood, Ohio.
