Parents announce Cummings-Ray engagement

Wilma and Kenneth Cummings of North Little Rock, Ark., and Elizabeth and John Ray of Austintown are announcing the engagement of their children, Tanya Lanell Cummings and Stephen Phillip Ray, both of Maumelle, Ark.

The couple plan to marry at 4 p.m. Aug. 14 in the gazebo at Mill Creek Park in Youngstown. A reception will follow at A La Cart Catering in Canfield. Invitations will be issued.

The bride-elect attended Alamo University in San Antonio. Her fianc earned a master’s degree in science degree from Youngstown State University. He is a forensic scientist in the State of Arkansas Crime Lab in Little Rock.
