BOARDMAN — A reported power outage near the Southern Park Mall is isolated to JCPenney and the Firestone auto shop located at the mall, according to First Energy.
A First Energy spokesman said the problem is with the customers’ equipment, and is not a First Energy outage.
The First Energy website, which tracks outages, lists 8:30 p.m. as the expected time for power to be restored.
