Indictments
A Mahoning County grand jury indicted these people on these charges Thursday:
DeMarcus J. Lee, 20, High Street, Warren, two counts of possession of drugs.
Brian Tauche, 39, Madison Avenue, Campbell, possession of heroin.
Gary Wellendorf, 56, West Lewis Street, Struthers, possession of heroin.
Deion R. White, 24, Milton Street Southeast, Warren, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle, illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facility, possession of heroin, receiving stolen property, obstructing official business and resisting arrest.
Brian Boyles, 45, Annawan Lane, Boardman, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and two counts of driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Anthony Howell, 24, Almyra Avenue, two counts of illegal conveyance of prohibited items into a detention facility, possession of heroin, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and falsification.
Lashana M. Hudson, 38, Chicago Avenue, possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michael Biles, 55, Beard Road, New Springfield, two counts of passing bad checks.
David Brambeau, 57, East Western Reserve Road, Poland, tampering with records and forgery.
Charles D. Hunter, 57, Edinburg, Pa., tampering with records and forgery.
Dennis Heinlen, 39, Upland Road, Lowellville, tampering with records, forgery and theft.
Nicole Heinlen, 34, Upland Road, Lowellville, tampering with records, forgery and theft.
Robin Barnes, 47, East Midlothian Boulevard, insurance fraud.
Joseph Fatica, 49, Shefield Road, South Euclid, three counts of criminal simulation and three counts of forgery.
Nicholas D. Conner, 39, West Chalmers Avenue, three counts of criminal simulation and three counts of forgery.
Michael A. Marquis, 65, Youngstown-Pittsburgh Road, New Middletown, four counts of sexual battery.
Tiffany Styles, 30, Alabama Avenue, Sebring, possession of heroin.
David Leaghty, 34, South Maryland Avenue, direct presentment, burglary.
Demareah D. Martin, 22, West Florida Avenue, Sebring, escape.
Ross Vaughn, 28, no address listed, escape.
Jason T. Laney, 33, Lake Park Boulevard, Sebring, endangering children and domestic violence.
Virginia K. Davis, 23, Center Drive, North Lima, two counts of felonious assault and falsification.
