YOUNGSTOWN — Hearings are expected to resume Thursday at the Martin P. Joyce Juvenile Justice Center after a gas leak forced an evacuation of the court part of the building on East Scott Street about 9 a.m. today.
Firefighters and crews from Dominion East Ohio Gas were called because of a strong odor of natural gas but after a search, the source of the odor could not be found, according to The Vindicator’s broadcast partner 21 WFMJ-TV.
The television station said the odor may have come from outside the building.
