SAGAMORE HILLS, Ohio
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a 94-year-old woman whose body was found outside a Northeast Ohio assisted living facility where she lived.
Multiple media reports say a snowplow driver found the body of a woman identified as Martha Jendrix around 7:30 a.m. Monday in the driveway of Elmcroft of Sagamore Hills.
The company describes itself as an assisted living facility that also provides care for dementia patients. Sagamore Hills is about 20 miles south of Cleveland.
A Sagamore Hills police detective declined to comment Tuesday and said the department was awaiting results of an autopsy.
