CAMPBELL — Troy Wyant, 34, of Lowellville was arrested on misdemeanor charges for drug paraphernalia and drug possession.
Wyant was allegedly speeding in his gray Toyota on State Route 616 that resulted in a traffic stop Wednesday evening, according to a police report.
After a police officer smelled a strong odor of marijuana emitting from the car, police retrieved 5.8 grams of suspected marijuana in a small plastic bag.
Wyant was released from the scene with a criminal summons to appear in court on Tuesday.
