Author will speak at St. Charles event
BOARDMAN
The Library Committee of St. Charles Parish, 7345 Westview Drive, will host author Michele Gianetti, R.N., at 7 p.m. Thursday in the St. Matthew Room in the Ministries Building.
She will discuss her book, “I Believe in You: A Mother and Daughter’s Special Journey.” The book details her life with her daughter, Elizabeth, who was diagnosed as a small child with sensory processing disorder and dyspraxia.
Gianetti’s faith grew as she met others who gave her the tools she needed to help Elizabeth develop to her full potential and as she devoted many challenging and precious hours caring for her.
Her book will be available for autographing at a cost of $15.99. Light refreshments will be served. For information call the parish office at 330-758-2325.
Monday Night Writers to meet
CANFIELD
Monday Night Writers will meet from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Peaberry’s Cafe, 4350 Boardman-Canfield Road.
Area writers, published and unpublished, are invited to attend the sessions that include writing exercises, creative and business aspects of writing and feedback on works in progress.
The group is led by Nancy Christie, author of “Traveling Left of Center and Others Stories.”
