Canfield 56, Lakeview 42

LAKEVIEW

Mason Mangapora carried Canfield (5-2) with 31 points. Chris Muir lead Lakeview (3-3) with 15 points and five rebounds.

Poland 58, Hubbard 52

POLAND

Matt Baker led the Bulldogs with 23 points and went 9-for-9 from the free-throw line. Jacob Burns added 14 points and Jared Burkert had nine. Adam Schroeder led the Eagles with 16 points and Davion Daniels had nine.

United 71, East Palestine 50

HANOVERTON

United’s Jake Clark led with a game-high 19 points and Kaden Smith added 16 points. East Palestine was led by Jamie Milnar, who scored 14 points. Grant Wagner added 12 for the Bulldogs.

Austintown Fitch 62, Struthers 50

AUSTINTOWN

Despite Andrew Carbon scoring a game-high 27 points, including six threes, Struthers couldn’t keep up with Fitch. Scotty Duffy and Dom DiFrancesco scored 16 and 15 points, respectively, for the Falcons. Derek Gunter added 10 points for Fitch.

Lowellville 65, Jackson-Milton 51

NORTH JACKSON

Ty Barone led the Rockets with 14 points and Jon Chiclowe contributed 12 points. For Jackson-Milton, Clayton Maskarenic led with a game-high 15 points, followed closely by Austin Christopher with 13 points.

Newton Falls 69, Champion 61

CHAMPION

Newton Falls’ Jaden Walton dominated with 36 points, including six 3-pointers. Noah Suarez added 11 points for the unbbeaten Tigers (7-0). For the Golden Flashes, Drake Batcho led with 21 points and Noah Bayus contributed 15 points.

Wellsville 67, Leetonia 47

LEETONIA

Justin Miller scored 25 points and Michael Shope scored 21 as Wellsville defeated Leetonia. Isaac Stecker paced Leetonia with 13 points. Wellsvile was keyed by a 21-12 second quarter and 15-7 fourth quarter.

South Range 61, Crestview 21

SOUTH RANGE

South Range led 29-8 at halftime and never looked back. The Radiers were led by Brandon Youngs’ 13 points, while Dan Ritter added 11 and Mark Vennetti scored 10. Eli McCallum paced Crestview with nine points.

Canton South 74, Salem 47

CANTON

Malik Campbell scored a game-high 18 points as Canton South routed Salem. For Salem, Trey Toothman led with 16 points, Dan Laut scored 15 and D.J. Pullie added 10.

Jefferson 67, Howland 54

JEFFERSON

Sage Cantini scored a game-high 19 points to lead the Falcons over the visiting Tigers, while Brevin White added 14 points. Luciano Romeo led Howland with 15 points, while Kyle Fenton scored 14.

Edgewood 74, East 68

ASHTABULA

Marcus Ernst notched 27 points to lead all scorers and help Edgewood to a win over East. Jeff Gonzalez added 14 points for Edgewood, which was keyed by a 27-18 second quarter. Malik Marrow paced East with 26 points.

Columbiana 58, Southern 49

COLUMBIANA

Columbiana was paced by Burdette Baker’s 18 points and Diego Villatoro’s 16 points as the Clippers defeated Southern. Troy Holder led all scorers with 22 points for the Indians in a losing cause.

McDonald 88, Mineral Ridge 70

MCDONALD

A 31-point outburst in the fourth quarter pushed McDonald’s winning streak to six games. Jake Reckard led the Blue Devils with 28 points, Evan Magill had 16, Joey Raggazzine put up 13 and nine of Zack Fedyski’s 10 points came in the fourth quarter. Zane Rummell scored 28 points to lead Mineral Ridge.

Liberty 68, Campbell 39

CAMPBELL

Liberty’s Andre Bowers led with 20 points; he went 5-for-5 from the line and had three 3-pointers. Quaishon Campbell also tacked on 12 points for the Leopards, and Dra Rushton had 10. For Campbell, Ray Rue led with nine points, and Elijah McCaskill and Paul White each contributed seven points.

Edison 68, Beaver Local 66

RICHMOND

A 24-7 run in the fourth quarter doomed Beaver Local, which squandered a 15-point lead. Josh Woika led the Edison rally with 19 points and 14 rebounds. Chase Wilcox led Beaver Local with 18 points and Bryce McKenzie also had 17 points.

Mathews 72, Windham 50

VIENNA

Clay O’Dell led the Mustangs with 21 points and Brian Oatridge contributed 17 points, including five 3-pointers. For Windham, Eric Park led with 14 points and Floyd Shackelford added 10.

Maplewood 64, Badger 43

BADGER

Zach Dawson scored 18 points for Maplewood, while Jake Hall added 11 points. For Badger, Aiden Miller scored a team-high 14 points.

Cleveland Central Catholic 81, Warren John F. Kennedy 54

WARREN

Tyler Bybee led Cleveland Central Catholic with 16 points as Warren JFK fell. The Eagles were done in by a 30-10 second quarter in favor of CCC. Justin Bofenkamp led JFK with 20 points.

LaBrae 64, Girard 58

LEAVITTSBURG

Logan Kiser scored 16 points and Carlton Brown added 14 as LaBrae edged Girard. The Indians were led by Mark Standohar, who scored 16 points.
