Clarissa Tyson of Poland and Gregory Sinchak of Boardman are engaged and announcing plans for a Jan. 9, 2016, wedding.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Benjamin and Lucynda Baker of New Castle, Pa. Her future husband is the son of George and Nancy Sinchak of Austintown.
They will exchange vows at 3:30 p.m. at Poland Presbyterian Church, and a reception will follow at Cafe 422 in Boardman. Invitations will be issued for the events.
The couple are both graduates of Youngstown State University. She received a degree in psychology and human resources and Mr. Sinchak, accounting. They work at Packer Thomas in Canfield, where she is a human resources manager and he is a certified public accountant.
