Ohio police investigate body found in burned car


DAYTON, Ohio (AP) — Police in southwest Ohio say a body was found in a burned car and they’re investigating the cause of death.

Dayton news outlets report that authorities today received an early morning call about a car fire in the city’s Triangle Park area. Firefighters who put out the blaze then found a charred body inside.

WDTN-TV reports that homicide detectives were called in. The Montgomery County coroner’s office will try to identify the badly burned body and to determine the cause of death.
