STRUTHERS — Traffic is lined down Youngstown-Poland Road near a cluster of gas stations where gas is being sold for as low as 99-cents a gallon.
That's the price now at the BP station at 2069 East Midlothian Boulevard.
Fast Fuel is selling gasoline for $1.96 a gallon, and the Valero at that intersection has their price set at the same.
