COLUMBUS (AP) — Police in central Ohio say a 35-year-old Columbus woman died three days after a shooting that also seriously injured her husband.
Columbus police say the couple were shot inside a car last week on the city’s south side during what investigators suspect was a drug deal involving another male who was also in the vehicle.
Police say the woman, Patria Lipson, died Sunday from her injuries. The shooting left her 36-year-old husband in serious condition at a hospital.
Police haven’t identified a suspect in the shooting.
