Miss Fulghum, Mr. Kuppler set May rites

CANFIELD

Rebecca Charles Fulghum and Kevin Michael Kuppler, both of Tampa, Fla., are engaged and planning a May 2 wedding, his parents are announcing.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Edwin M. Fulghum Jr. of Statesville, N.C. He is the son of Dr. Keith and Karen Kuppler of Canfield and the late Susan Kuppler.

Invitations will be issued for a 5 p.m. ceremony and reception to follow, both at Shelton Vineyards in Dobson, N.C.

The prospective bride earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from North Carolina State University. She is a business development manager at Inmar, a data technology company, in Winston- Salem, N.C.

Her future husband graduated summa cum laude from Wake Forest University with a bachelor’s degree in biology. He continued his education at Wake Forest and graduated from its School of Medicine. He is a radiology resident at the University of South Florida in Tampa.
