STRUTHERS

The Rev. Mahdi Wade will be installed as pastor of Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church, 67 McClure St., at 5 p.m. April 26. The theme is “pastor and parishioners pursuing alignment with Christ.”

The installation speaker will be the Rev. Ernest Brown, pastor of St. John Missionary Baptist Church in Springfield, Ohio. Choirs and congregation will accompany him.

Minister Bruce Murphy from Providence Missionary Baptist Church in Cleveland will be guest speaker at 11 a.m. that day.

Anniversary event

YOUNGSTOWN

The Office of Pro-Life, Marriage and Family Ministry of the Catholic Diocese of Youngstown will sponsor two wedding anniversary celebrations to honor couples who are observing their 25th, 40th, 50th or over anniversaries in 2015. Couples may register for the celebration that is most convenient for them.

The first celebration is planned at 2 p.m. June 14 in St. Columba Cathedral, 154 W. Wood St. Couples planning to attend the June celebration should register at their parishes by May 14.

The second celebration will take place at 2 p.m. Oct. 11 in the Basilica of St. John the Baptist, 627 McKinley Ave. NW, Canton. Registrations will be accepted in September for this event.

Both celebrations will include Mass with Bishop George V. Murry, renewal of marriage vows, a personalized certificate for each couple and a reception for the couples and their families.

Restoration service

YOUNGSTOWN

Pastor Ed Arrington of Metropolitan Missionary Baptist Church, 351 W. Rayen Ave., will conduct a restoration service at 10:30 a.m. Sunday.

Dedication service

YOUNGSTOWN

Faith Fellowship Church of God, 388 E. Midlothian Blvd., will conduct a worship service at 10:45 a.m. Sunday with a guest speaker/organist Robert Owens of the Columbus area.

At 3:30 p.m., there will be a dedication service for the new site. Bishop Wayne Dority, administrative bishop for the Churches of God in Ohio, will deliver the dedication message.

On Monday, the church will host the Men of Faith Huddle in a 7 p.m. service.

The Rev. Jonathan Mitchell is pastor.

Faith Fellowship bought the former Bethlehem Lutheran Church, which closed, and relocated from Struthers.

BEAMS revival

POLAND

The fifth annual Bible Educstion and Missionary Services (BEAMS) revival is planned at 7 p.m. April 27-May 1 at Gospel Baptist Church, 6235 Clingan Road.

There will be a youth meeting at 6 p.m. April 29 followed by a worship service at 7 p.m. with Ray Dombeck preaching and creating a chalk drawing.

A nursery will be provided each evening.
