UPDATE | Southbound lanes of state Route 11 in Liberty reopened

LIBERTY — The Ohio Department of Transportation says the southbound lanes of state Route 11 at Tibbetts-Wick Road have been reopened.

The lanes were closed for hours as Trumbull County law enforcement and the Ohio State Highway Patrol investigated the shooting death of a man by officers suspected of stealing a car.
