Feds indict Youngstown man on drug charges

YOUNGSTOWN — A federal grand jury this week indicted a man on charges he sold drugs, kept a home to sell or make drugs and illegally possessed a firearm.

Terrence D. Howell, 40, of Youngstown, was indicted Wednesday in the U.S. Northern District Court of Ohio on charges of distribution of crack cocaine, possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine, being a felon in possession of a firearm and maintaining a premises for the distribution or manufacture of drugs.

The indictment said that on five different occasions this year — Feb. 12, Feb. 19, March 7, April 3 and April 23, Howell sold crack cocaine and that he had crack cocaine on April 30 that he intended to sell.
