Community event Saturday at Rising Star Baptist Church

YOUNGSTOWN — Rising Star Baptist Church, Unity Baptist Church and Now Youngstown are putting together a community outreach event from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday at Rising Star, 2943 Wardle Ave.

There will be praise and worship; the church’s food giveaway will begin at 10 a.m.; and there will be hotdogs, popcorn and snow cones available for everyone who attends the free event.
