Campbell man faces child delinquency charge

CAMPBELL — An 18-year-old city man will appear in Campbell Municipal Court later today on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

D'Angelo R. Jones of Jean Street was charged with the misdemeanor offense late Saturday. At 11:15 p.m. Saturday, officers noticed two people cross Robinson Road and walk behind a building in the street's 200 block.

One of them, a 15-year-old boy, was arrested for violating curfew. Jones, who police said has a history of having juveniles with him, was arrested, as well.

Jones was released on a criminal summons. The teen's mother picked him up from the police station.
