OVI checkpoints tonight in Austintown, North Jackson

NORTH JACKSON

The Mahoning County OVI Task Force, in conjunction with the Ohio State Highway Patrol, will conduct an OVI checkpoint on Mahoning Avenue near Salem-Warren Road from 1 to 3 a.m. tonight.

A second checkpoint is in currently in effect until midnight at 4477 Mahoning Avenue in Austintown.

Also, Police officers from participating agencies of the task force will be conducting saturation patrols in various parts of Mahoning County this weekend.
