Two Boardman residents sprayed with pepper spray by neighbor

Two residents of the 7000 block of Paxton Road were reportedly sprayed in the face with pepper spray by a neighbor during a dispute on Thursday.

According to a police report, the dispute started when the male victim's daughter told him a neighbor had used profane language with her.

The man went to speak with the neighbor, and the neighbor followed him back to his house after they started arguing.

The suspect and the man's girlfriend began arguing, and the suspect then reportedly took out pepper spray and sprayed them both in the face.

The suspect refused to speak to the responding officers.
