Man wanted in Warren shootings surrenders to police

WARREN — Terrell T. Allen, 22, of Reo Boulevard Northwest, is in the Trumbull County jail without eligibility to make bond after he surrendered at the Warren Police Department on Thursday night.

A judge with Warren Municipal Court issued a warrant for Allen’s arrest earlier in the week in connection with the Tuesday shootings of three city men on Burton Street Southeast.

Allen appeared in court today for his arraignment. A not-guilty plea was entered for him to one count of felonious assault.

All three victims were taken to area hospitals with gunshot wounds, with one of them in critical condition at St. Elizabeth Health Center.
