Speaker addresses exports to India

The International Trade Assistance Center in the Williamson College of Business Administration at Youngstown State University will host an export-to-India seminar from 8 to 11:30 a.m. Sept. 25 in Room 3418 of Williamson Hall on campus.

The featured presenter is Deepti Vithal, an international trade attorney licensed to practice in the state of New York and in India. She will talk about export opportunities in India.

With more than a decade of legal/business experience in helping businesses get their products to and from foreign markets, Vithal assists clients with creating successful operations with foreign partners.

India has one of the most-rapidly growing economies today. Construction of nearly everything, from airports to container ports to teleports, is setting the stage to remake India. India already is Ohio’s 12th-largest export market and growing.

The seminar is $30 per person and includes a continental breakfast. Free parking is available on Wood Street across the road from the south entrance to Williamson Hall.
