Easter Seals offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays in Columbiana and Mahoning counties for people 60 or older and their spouses (regardless of age). Reservations are required three days in advance. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Call 330-884-2513 to make reservations, for serving locations or to arrange for home-delivered meals for seniors who are homebound. Transportation is available by calling 330-884-2511. The program office is located at 299 Edwards St., Youngstown.

COLUMBIANA AND MAHONING COUNTIES

Wednesday, Sept. 17: Salisbury steak, potatoes with gravy, tossed salad, mandarin oranges, wheat bread, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk.

Thursday, Sept. 18: Barbecue pulled pork on a bun, vegetable blend, cooked carrots, unsweetened peaches, fruit juice, gelatin, cookie and milk.

Friday, Sept. 19: Manicotti, yellow squash, broccoli, mandarin oranges, grape juice, wheat bread, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk.

Saturday, Sept. 20: Chicken breast on a bun, carrots with ranch dressing, cucumbers, apple, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk.

Monday, Sept. 22: Meatloaf and gravy, mashed sweet potatoes, mixed vegetables, mandarin oranges, wheat bread, regular or sugar-free cookie and milk.

Tuesday, Sept. 23: Cheese omelet, tater tots, blueberry muffin, unsweetened applesauce, orange juice and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY

The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers well-balanced meals at 12 locations in Trumbull County for people 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.50 per meal. To make a reservation or for more information, call 330-675-2486. Wednesday, Sept. 17: Unbreaded veal cutlet with gravy, mashed potatoes, buttered cabbage, wheat bread with margarine, diced pears and milk.

Thursday, Sept. 18: Hamburger on a bun, baked bean quintet, mexicorn, unsweetened applesauce and milk.

Friday, Sept. 19: Breaded chicken breast, mashed yams, cauliflower, wheat bread with margarine, unsweetened pineapple and milk.

Monday, Sept. 22: Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, baby whole carrots, wheat bread with margarine, mixed fruit and milk.

Tuesday, Sept. 23: Penne pasta with sauce and meatballs, green beans, wheat bread with margarine, diced pears, apple juice and milk.
