Home invasion
WARREN
A 29-year-old Northwest Boulevard woman with four children chased two males out of her home at 8:30 p.m. Thursday after they apparently broke in.
The woman told police she arrived home and found the bathroom door closed, even though she had left it open.
As she opened the door, two males ran out. They pushed her out of the way, causing her to drop a child carrier containing her infant son.
As the males tried to open the front door, she grabbed a metal bar from the living room and struck one of them in the head several times.
Nothing appeared to be missing. The woman said she was going to the hospital to have herself and her son checked.
