CLEVELAND — A federal grand jury here has indicted a 57-year-old Struthers woman on a charge of theft of government funds, the U.S. Attorney said.
Beverly Boyd, who was the payee for her father’s Social Security benefits, continued to collect those benefits and converted them to her own use between his Nov. 25, 2007, death and August 2013, after she concealed his death, the indictment alleges.
