State officials have unveiled a revamped job search and career development website that backers hope will help the unemployed find work and the soon-to-be-employed better understand their options.

OhioMeansJobs.com isn’t new — the state has worked with a national online employment site for years to post “help wanted” listings and provide a place for the unemployed or underemployed to submit resumes for consideration.

But the revamped site includes a lot more features and will serve as a centralized system for youngsters and adults to consider different career paths.
