AUCTIONS
Canfield Republican Women’s Club is sponsoring a Quarter Auction Fundraiser on June 5 at A La Cart Catering, 429 Lisbon St., Canfield. Doors open at 5 p.m., and the auction begins at 6. Tickets for $15 each are limited and must be bought in advance. They include a bidding paddle, hors d’oeuvres, dessert, coffee and iced tea. Reserved tables are available for groups of eight or nine. FESTIVALS/FAIRS
Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 4490 Norquest Blvd., Austintown, will sponsor a large gift card raffle during its annual festival June 4 through 8. Raffle tickets will be sold near the rectory from 6 p.m. to close each evening. Drawings will take place the evening of June 8 before the fireworks. Also, a large rummage sale will take place in the school building during the festival.
FLEA MARKETS
St. Michael Orthodox Church, 125 Steel St., Youngstown, is having an indoor and outdoor flea market from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 13 and 14. Vendors are welcome. Kielbasa, haluski and other foods will be available. For information call the Rev. Andrew Gromm at 330-799-8133.
SALES
Mahoning County Junior Fair Board will sponsor a trunk sale from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. June 7 at the Canfield Fairgrounds in the Junior Fair Area. Both indoor and outdoor vendor locations are available. The event will take place rain or shine. Contact Sam Barnhouse at 330-277-3091 or Kelly King at 330-506-6521 to reserve a vendor spot. New activities for 2014 will be a cornhole tournament, live music, a petting zoo and refreshments.
