v East Palestine Street Fair, 1 to 8 p.m.: The first festival of the season continues in downtown East Palestine.
v Memorial Day Remembrance concert, 3 p.m.: The Packard Band will present a special program with announcer Thomas A. Groth, narrator Brian Sinchak, highland piper Brian Crites and Garey L. Watson playing taps.
v Dulci-More festival, 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.: Today’s highlight of this Appalachian music event will be a concert at 7 p.m. featuring Dulci-More, Mustard’s Retreat and Bob Zentz; dulcimore.org.
v Conneaut Lake Park: The quaint amusement park in Pennsylvania opens this weekend. The Hern Brothers Band will perform at 1 p.m.; conneautlakepark.com.

“The National Memorial Day Concert 2014” (8 p.m., PBS): Gary Sinise and Joe Mantegna return to host the National Memorial Day Concert. Airing from the West Lawn of the Capitol, it’s an annual tribute to service members and veterans. Among those appearing: “The Voice” winner Danielle Bradbery and “Smash” alum Megan Hilty.
“THE NORMAL HEART” (9 p.m., HBO): An A-list cast, including Mark Ruffalo and Julia Roberts, shine in this powerful adaptation of Larry Kramer’s incendiary play about the early days of the AIDS crisis. Directed by Ryan Murphy (“Glee”), the film takes an unflinching look at America’s sexual politics as gay activists and their allies in the medical community fight to expose the truth about the burgeoning epidemic to a city and nation in denial. Matt Bomer, Taylor Kitsch and Jim Parsons also star.
“Mad Men” 10 p.m., AMC): The first half of the final season of “Mad Men” comes to a close tonight. Let’s hope Don (Jon Hamm) can keep behaving himself and that Peggy (Elisabeth Moss) finally emerges from her funk.

Beaver Township parade, service
NORTH LIMA
The Beaver Township Memorial Day parade will take place at 11 a.m. Monday. The parade will start at Berlin Industries and proceed to state Route 7, and then to state Route 164, before ending at the Veterans Memorial at the intersection of routes 164 and 165.
There will be a memorial service immediately after the parade with Vice Admiral John B. LaPlante (Retired U.S. Navy) as the guest speaker.
