Joseph and Carol Damore of Youngstown and Steve and Karen Schulenburg of Tupelo, Miss., are announcing the engagement of their children, Angela M.J. Damore of Tempe, Ariz., formerly of Youngstown, and John Mark Schulenburg of Kenner, La.
The couple are making plans for a 5 p.m. Oct. 3 wedding and a reception to follow, both at Fellows Riverside Gardens.
Invitations will be issued for both.
The bride-elect earned a bachelor’s degree in studio arts from the College of Wooster and a bachelor’s degree in education from Youngstown State University. She teaches art in grades K through eight in Phoenix.
Her fiancé earned a bachelor’s degree in studio arts from Hiram College and a bachelor’s degree in multimedia from the University of Advancing Technology. He works as a quality assurance analyst at TurboSquid in New Orleans.
