NILES
A free Lunch and Learn program is being offered from 10:30 a.m. to noon April 8 at the Niles S.C.O.P.E. Senior Center, 14 E. State St.
The program will begin at 10:30 a.m. and will be followed by lunch at 11:30 a.m.
Dr. Thomas Pokabla of Niles will teach seniors how to avoid foot trouble.
He will discuss preventative care, diabetic foot care, proper shoe fit and foot pain.
There is no fee for the program and no age nor residency requirement.
