The Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, Mahoning and Trumbull County Farm Bureau Inc. is offering farm-bureau scholarships in each of the counties it serves.
The Mahoning County Farm Bureau scholarship is available to seniors in the current graduating class of a county high school or a current student in an agriculture-related school preparing for a career in agriculture or an agricultural-related field.
See the application for full details. They can be acquired through local high-school guidance counselors; by visiting www.mahfb.com or facebook.com/mahoningcountyfarmbureau; or by calling the farm-bureau office at 440-437-8700. The due date for completed applications in Mahoning County is May 31.
Trumbull County Farm Bureau scholarships are available to all college students working toward an undergraduate degree.
Applicants or their parents or guardians must be members of the Trumbull Farm Bureau. Students must be full-time enrollees in any field at a two- or four-year college, university or technical school and working toward an undergraduate degree.
