Ostendorf-Morris is purchased by Howard Hanna

Howard Hanna Real Estate Services has bought Ostendorf-Morris, a commercial real-estate firm based in Northeast Ohio that has been in business for 75 years.

According to Howard Hanna chairman and CEO, Howard Hanna, the two companies had a combined 700 transactions totaling $300 million last year.

The two companies plan to consolidate within the next nine months, according to a press release.

Howard Hanna is the fourth-largest commercial real-estate company in the U.S.

Ribbon-cutting set for Friday at Smokin’ Gun Saloon

The Smokin’ Gun Saloon, along with the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber, will host a ribbon-cutting event at 10 a.m. Friday at 10826 Market St., North Lima. The hours of the Smokin’ Gun Saloon are noon to midnight Monday through Thursday, and noon to 2:30 a.m. Friday and Saturday. It is closed Sundays.
