Vince M. Brancaccio, vice president of programming at Meridian Community Care, has been named the new chief executive officer of Help Hotline Crisis Center.

The Help Hotline Board of Directors announced the hiring on Monday, but said the action is pending final contract approval.

Brancaccio holds a master of science and social administration degree from Case Western Reserve University and a bachelor of arts degree in community health from Youngstown State University. He has lived and worked in the community for the past 25 years.

Brancaccio replaces Duane Piccirilli, who recently left the agency after 23 years to lead the Mahoning County Mental Health Board.
