Retired store owner receives quilt

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR: Ginger Mangie, left, president of That Quilt Group I Belong To of Canfield, recently presented a memory quilt to Julie Maruskin, center, recently retired owner of Quilter’s Quarters in Boardman. The quilt was made by Bev Sullivan, right, in honor of Maruskin’s 25 years in the quilting business.
