Downtown streets closed for Simply Slavic festival this weekend

YOUNGSTOWN — East Federal Street between Market, Wick and Walnut streets will be closed 5 p.m. Friday to 2 a.m. Sunday to accommodate the 2014 Simply Slavic festival in downtown Youngstown.
