WARREN — Trumbull County commissioners approved a second 49 percent, 10-year tax exemption for a business in the Belmont Avenue Community Reinvestment Area in Liberty Township.
Whitedonuts LLC of State Street in Salem received the exemption today for a Dunkin’ Donuts restaurant it will build on Belmont Avenue.
Earlier, commissioners approved a similar exemption for an 86-unit Comfort Suites hotel in the location a Ramada Inn formerly occupied on Belmont.
