Three arrested in series of car break-ins

Three people were arrested after a series of break-ins over the course of two hours early Tuesday.

Keith Sarrach, 23 of Warren Avenue of Niles, Roxann Putnam, 32 of State Road in Warren, and Tera Watters, 24 also of Warren Avenue of Niles are charged with misdemeanor obstructing official business and felony receiving stolen property.

Township police Chief Brian Goodin said the three entered at least 10 cars from midnight to 2 a.m. at two area developments. He said police know of at least six to seven victims who have claimed property and two more victims have stepped forward.
