OCEAN ISLE BEACH, N.C.
Bethany Vogrin and Jason Koenig exchanged marriage vows in an afternoon ceremony May 16 on the beach along the Atlantic Ocean at Ocean Isle Beach, N.C.
The bride is the daughter of Guy and Tricia Vogrin of Cortland, and the groom is the son of Joseph and Salley Koenig of Mantua.
The bride’s uncle Mark Howard presided over the ceremony. Heather Howard, cousin of the bride, served as maid of honor, and Ben Piazza performed the duties of best man.
Kylie and Khloe Howard, cousins of the bride, served as flower girls, while Isaac Vogrin, nephew of the bride, was the ring bearer.
A reception took place after the ceremony at the Isles Restaurant and Tiki Bar in Ocean Isle Beach.
After a honeymoon in Maui, Hawaii, the couple reside in Ravenna.
The bride, who obtained master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Kent State University, is a counselor at D&E Counseling of Youngstown.
The groom is a recent nursing graduate of KSU.
