A fourth man has been charged and will be arraigned today in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court in the death of a Warren man and wounding of a Warren woman in April.

Law enforcement officers arrested him last week in Cuyahoga County and he was placed in the Cuyahoga County jail until extradition back to Trumbull County took place.

He’s charged in the April 7 shooting death of James R. Levels, 64, of Beal Street Northwest and wounding of Lisa Prater, 48, of South Street.

One of the other men charged in the killing and wounding also will be arraigned today, Beau A. Palmer, 30, of Clermont Avenue Northeast. He’s charged with similar offenses.

Others charged in the case are Michael Settle, of Sherman Avenue in Niles, and James Stein, 29, of Atlantic Street Northeast.

If convicted of the charges, all four men face the possibility of a life prison sentence.
