John Dellick trial underway in Youngstown court

YOUNGSTOWN — Jury selection is underway in municipal court in the aggravated menacing trial of John Dellick, son of Judge Theresa Dellick of Mahoning County Juvenile Court.

Dellick, 19, faces a charge of aggravated menacing for an incident on Nov. 6 on the campus of Youngstown State University, where he is accused of following and threatening an ex-girlfriend.

Dellick also faces similar felony charges in county common pleas court for two unrelated incidents, one involving the ex-girlfriend and the other for a road rage incident, both last year and both in Canfield Township.
