Campbell police charge man with receiving stolen property

A 23-year-old 16th Street man was arrested late Thursday on an active warrant out of Niles, then also was charged with receiving stolen property - a fifth-degree felony - after police found with him checks, a cellphone and a laptop, among other items, that had recently been reported missing.

Nicholas Snyder is set to make an initial appearance in Campbell Municipal Court on Friday. Vicki L. Raynovich, 25, of Tremble Avenue in Campbell, and Alejandrino Morales, 55, of Market Street in Youngstown, were charged with obstructing official business for having prior knowledge of Snyder's whereabouts.
