The Austintown Alumni Association awarded a total of $6000 in scholarships to eight members of the 2014 Fitch graduating class.

Since 1998 the association has awarded $41,000 in scholarships to Fitch seniors. Funds for these awards are raised by donations from alumni and friends of Austintown Fitch as well as an annual raffle. Tickets, on sale now for the 2014-15 raffle, are available now from alumni members for $1 each or 6 for $5. First prize is $500 in cash; second prize is a basket of local gift cards worth more than $200; third prize is dinner for two at Rachel’s Restaurant ($50 value) and flowers from Something Unique Florist. Raffle winners will be announced at the Aug. 29 Hall of Fame Game at Austintown Fitch High School.
