SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR The Humane Society of Columbiana County will host the second annual Yappy Hour from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday at The Myrddin Winery, 3020 Scenic Ave., at Lake Milton. Sangria will be the special of the evening; tasting tickets are $20, which include five tastings and an etched logo wine glass. A three-station meal for pets includes a dog-safe beverage for $5. On Saturday, a quarter auction will benefit the HSCC at the Lisbon Eagles, 127 E. Chestnut St. Admission is $5, which includes one bidding paddle.
