Theft: Two winches were tossed over a fence at Tractor Supply.
Theft: There is a suspect in a theft at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: Mulch and shrubs were stolen at Mashorda’s County Gardens, 5627 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A black border collie was stolen from a home in the 700 block of S. Raccoon Road.
Theft: Scott Bowden, 29, of Glenview Drive, Canfield, was arrested in the theft of tank shirts and boxer briefs valued at $46.47 at Kmart.
Theft: Unknown items were stolen from Tractor Supply.
July 1
Domestic violence: Hale Burkholder, 53, of Mahoning Avenue was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.
Criminal damaging: Was reported at an apartment in the 900 block of Compass West.
Theft: A male got scammed out of $20 by an unidentified male at Coney Island, 31 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Criminal damaging: Four tires were slashed on a car at a home in the 80 block of N. Raccoon Road.
Theft: A male and female stole a tool box and tools from a business and fled in a Ford at Sears, 6009 Mahoning Ave.
Burglary: Coins and money were stolen from a home in the 3000 block of Diana Drive.
Theft: Computers were taken from a home in the 1000 block of N. Meridian Road.
Recovered property: A DeWalt drill was located near at a home in the 300 block of Darbyshire Drive.
Fraud: Money was sent out to a fraudulent recipient at a home in the 4000 block of Quill Court.
July 2
Telecommunications harassment: Unwanted texts were reported at a home in the 2000 block of Elm Trace.
Fraud: An installment loan was taken against a victim’s account at a home in the 5000 block of S. Saratoga Avenue.
Criminal damaging: A pool liner was damaged at a home in the 1000 block of Laurelwood Place.
Theft: An unauthorized withdrawal was made from a bank account at a home in the 6000 block of Meander Reserve Court.
Forgery: Checks were forged and cashed in Brookfield from the Mahoning County Court No. 4, 6000 Mahoning Ave.
Disorderly conduct: Robert Bacani, 65, of Dorset Ave., Youngstown, was issued a summons charging him with disorderly conduct.
July 3
Theft: Leon Reynolds, 40, of Westchester Drive, and Joshua West, 33, of S. Raccoon Road were arrested and issued summonses charging theft of $41 in food at Save-A-Lot, 1715 S. Raccoon Road.
Theft: Bonitas Davis-Townsend, 52, of 12th St., Campbell, was arrested in the theft of $107.37 in merchandise at Walmart.
Recovered property: A bicycle was recovered at N. Four Mile Run Road and N. Navarre Avenue.
July 4
Theft: Approximately $484.55 in consumable goods was stolen from the rear of a box trunk in the 600 block of N. Meridian Road.
Felonious assault: John Andrei, 31, of Kirk Road was arrested on a charge of felonious assault.
Warrant: Todd Kuti, 23, of Aspen Drive was arrested on a charge of failure to appear on a traffic charge.
July 5
Drug offense: Justin Jackson, 27, of Stonetrail Way, Reynoldsburg, Ohio, and Rhonda Bryant, 38, same address, were both arrested and issued summonses charging drug abuse of marijuana.
Theft: A television was taken from a house in the 100 block of N. Main Street.
Disorderly conduct: Travis Staub, 23, of Orchard Hill Drive, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and failure to desist.
July 5
Theft from auto: An iPhone was stolen from an auto at Trax, 4250 New Road.
Domestic violence: Gary Hawkins, 65, of S. Roanoke Avenue was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.
July 6
Warrant: Michele Hall, 42, of Park Ave., East Palestine was arrested on a warrant charging falsification and theft.
Drug offense: Edward Thomas, 24, of S. Raccoon Road, was issued a summons charging drug abuse of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia and Garcia y Vega leaf cigars.
Attempted burglary: Two males attempted to kick in the door at a home on Kerry Brook Drive.
Drug offense: Kenneth Lee Spencer, 24, of North Road, Niles, was issued a summons charging possession of drug paraphernalia, and Dominic Lee, 21, of N. Wickliffe Circle was issued a summons charging him with drug abuse of marijuana and paraphernalia.
Criminal damaging: A pool liner was cut at a home in the 5000 block of Baylor Avenue.
Burglary: Medication was stolen from a home in the 50 block of S. Roanoke Avenue.
