Husband, wife arrested on breaking and entering charge

Police arrested a husband and wife on breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools charges early Tuesday morning in a South Side home.

Roger DeWitt, 39, also had a failure to appear warrant from municipal court. He and his wife, 30-year-old Kelly DeWitt, were both taken to the Mahoning County jail.
