YOUNGSTOWN — Senate Minority Leader Joe Schiavoni of Boardman, D-33rd, will file his re-election documents at 3:30 p.m. Friday at the Mahoning County Board of Elections at Oakhill Renaissance Place, 345 Oak Hill Ave.
